Often, yes. We start from the tools you already use. On the discovery call we'll look at your setup and be upfront about what can and can't be connected before anything is agreed.

Your AI workspace configured with your company's instructions and reference materials, projects for your key workflows, tool connections where they make sense, and a simple guide so your team knows how to use it.

You'll have simple playbooks to refer back to, and we'll check in to see what's working. If you want ongoing help, Your AI Besties keeps us on call for tune-ups and new workflows.

We only work with what you choose to share, inside your own accounts, and we never put it into tools you haven't approved. We'll also walk you through the privacy settings in each AI tool you use so you know where your information goes.

A workflow is a repeatable way of working with AI: you bring the notes, data or request, the AI helps you draft, summarize or organize it, and a person reviews the result. An automation runs between connected tools without someone starting it each time, like adding new form entries to a shared tracker. Most clients start with workflows, and we'll be clear about which is which before you buy.
